Refund policy

We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made.  If your goods are faulty you must email us at tabithaleeboutique73@gmail.com before returning to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers reponsibility. 

CHANGE OF MIND 

If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 6 month expiry will be issued to you.  The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item please email us first to be issued with a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility. No refunds on any sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU RECEIVED FREE POSTAGE WITH YOUR ORDER THAT WILL BE DEDUCED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT
